SPORTS & KINESIOLOGY
Kinesio taping or K-Taping is a modern approach to physiotherapy that encourages healing. It will help in combating a range of musculoskeletal conditions such as muscle tears or tendinopathies and will facilitate muscle activity and reduce swelling.
SPORTS & DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Targeted soft tissue therapy to relax tight muscles, reduce pain and improve general well-being.
PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT
Initial screening to determine your strengths and areas to improve. Detailed plans to make you a well-rounded athlete and take your performance to the next level.
STRAPPING
Receive protective and supportive strapping to stabilise any joint. This will reduce pain, swelling and reduce further injury risk. It is also used as a preventative measure pre training/match to reduce risk of injury.

Steve graduated from Salford University with first class honours in 2016 and worked in the NHS for one year. He then moved into full time professional football and worked as Head Physio for Salford City FC for the 2017/18 and 2018/19 seasons getting back to back promotions to the football league. He then moved to Crewe Alexandra FC and works as their Lead Academy Physio.
Steve has a well-rounded knowledge of Musculo Skeletal pathologies but specialises in the treatment and prevention of lower limb sporting injuries.
Steve is currently completing his MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy at Salford University. Other skills include Sports Science, Kinesiology taping, Sports Massage and instrument assisted Soft Tissue Massage.

British Army Reservist – Combat Medic & Physiotherapist for Mossley AFC
Graduated from the University of Salford in 2021. Throughout her degree Eve has been involved within football and football academies as a sports therapist (Mossley, Witton Albion and Radcliffe). Currently in training with the British Army as a combat medical technician reservist.
Other skills include Sports and Soft Tissue Massage, Acupuncture and Dry Needling, Sports and Kinesiology Taping.
